v4 connectivity issues

Our datacenter is currently having v4 connectivity issues (as far as we can tell v6 is unaffected). Users might experience service disruption — possibly depending on the route taken — on The Document Foundation's main infrastructure. Update 19 Feb 23:04 UTC: v4 connectivity is back.
