one of our hypervisors rebooted and brought down a couple services with it.
They'll be restarted and should soon be all available again.
Update 2019-07-22 evening all services up, but not all fully functional. Known issues with Bugzilla (full text search crashes, some attachments are corrupted) and Askbot (notifications, activity log)
